Course Overview

Empower your team leaders and supervisors with this on-demand food safety culture training for supervisors to drive a positive food safety culture awareness. This is a short course with a big impact, it gives supervisors and team leaders the tools to influence and build strong food safety culture.

Even the best food safety culture plan won’t succeed unless your whole team understands what it is, why it matters, and how they play a part. This practical, fast-paced e-learning course helps food industry team leaders and supervisors take ownership, and become everyday culture champions.

This awareness-level food safety culture e-learning course explains what food safety culture is, how supervisors and team leads can influence behaviours, and practical actions they can take every day to enhance the workplace culture.

Suitable for professionals in the food industry, dairy industry, honey, horticulture, meat, wine and more. It’s a great tool to meet the GFSI recognised standards requirements like BRCGS, SQF, FSSC22000 and more.

What Your Team Will Learn
